“I first met Maini as a photographer on a photoshoot for our restaurants in London. My first impression was that she was very organised, creative and passionate. Since our first photo shoot, we’ve started working more closely together and I’ve come to see that she has a lot more to offer than just being photographer. She’s taken over our social media and creative side of the business. With her creative and strategic input, we’ve launched our own range of sauces which is already selling well.”
